We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organisations desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Experience on Webservices integration, ATF and Agile are mandatory, Domain Separation ( Preferable). Service Management Module [Service Catalog forms, workflows, client scripts, notifications, events]
- Reports & Performance Analytics – Creation of PA reports and dashboard
- Asset Management – Life cycle of an asset, customization
- Custom Application – Creation and maintenance of custom application
- Scripting – Java Script, Business Rule, Script Include, ACL, Macros, Client scripts etc.
- Service Portal – creation and customization of widgets and pages
- Understanding of ITSM process and modules
- Live Chat – Configuration and customization
