Description & Reason For Demand Request

  • An individual who can create, capture and integrate data using a digital skillset through progressive applications.
  • Knowledge of Queue Management in ServiceNow portal.
  • Relevant experience in IT service desk (Specialised in handling digital Engineering tickets).
  • Has an expertise in Creating / Updating KB Articles.
  • Will be responsible to transfer the knowledge to internal service desk for better troubleshooting techniques.
  • Will be responsible to transfer the knowledge to techbar staff for assisting the better walk-ups in this space.
  • Assistance in improving the SNOW(servicenow) self-service for Digital engineering related issues.
  • Liaison between digital engineering work and businees needs.

English Language Ability

(English requirements are the same for all levels of Technician)

  • Speaking – Excellent
  • Writing – Excellent
  • Reading – Good
