Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot all sorts of Desktop/PC issues
  • Basic troubleshoot application issues and deployment through SCCM
  • Strong mobile device troubleshooting skills
  • Daily floor-walk to attend user queries
  • Perform and drive Daily Meeting room checks, consolidate and share the daily report to the client
  • Troubleshoot Email and Exchange issue
  • Design and implement new Servers
  • Resolving Networking issues
  • Update knowledge base articles ongoing
  • Train new staff members on process and technical documentation
  • Set up new starter desks within agreed SLA
  • Should drive P1 and P2 incidents
  • Daily reporting to customer
  • Meets with clients to assess asset status, needs, risks, goals and progress.
  • Manages client assets onsite and mantain the report.

Skills/Experience required:

  • Experience in supporting customers at their office
  • Full understanding of MS OS Range
  • Full understanding of setting up VPN and firewalls
  • Advanced Group Policy and implementation knowledge
  • Good experience with Microsoft Products
  • Fully knowledge base of MS Exchange, AD and DC
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Desktop Support role
  • Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 Exchange Online
  • Windows 2012/2016 experience highly desirable
  • Strong skills with Windows 7/10 in a business environment
  • Active Directory
  • Office 2010/2016
  • Solid skill set with desktop PC hardware
  • Full understanding of setting up VPN and firewalls
  • Advanced Group Policy and implementation knowledge
  • Knowledge on Video Conferencing Support
  • Should have sound knowledge on SLA calculations and ticket auditing

In-depth knowledge of:

  • Windows OS (Windows 7 & 10)
  • Microsoft Office & Office 365 applications
  • PC/Laptop hardware
  • PC/Laptop peripherals, including printers
  • Mobile devices

Basic knowledge of:

  • Active Directory
  • Exchange
  • Apple OS
  • SCCM

Experience in a similar role:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
